Abstract	Consider issues concerning the representative concepts of «the interests of the citizen», «national interests» and «legitimate interests». Analyzed as legislative changes regarding the scope of powers of the prosecutor in the representation of interests of citizens and the state in court affected the efficiency of prosecutors executive powers in specific areas.
